At Tibbo, we build products that make complicated engineering simple.

That philosophy led us to create AppBlocks — a visual, no-code development platform that allows engineers to build industrial automation and IoT applications by drawing block diagrams instead of writing thousands of lines of code. The result is dramatically reduced development effort, faster iteration, and easier maintenance. Initially created to run on Tibbo Project System (TPS) modular automation hardware, AppBlocks has now been expanded to support Zephyr devices.

We're deliberately not listing a long set of responsibilities.

If you're the right person for this role, you already know dozens of ways to introduce a great product to the world. More importantly, you'll have ideas we've never considered.

We're not looking for someone to execute a predefined marketing plan.

We're looking for someone to build it with us.

Maybe our website needs to evolve. Maybe we should build a stronger YouTube presence. Maybe we should create more technical tutorials, case studies, webinars, developer communities, or partnerships. Maybe the next breakthrough idea hasn't been thought of yet.

We're hiring you for your ideas, not just your execution.

Who We're Looking For

• You enjoy turning complex technology into something people immediately understand
• You are an exceptional communicator in English
• You're analytical, creative, curious, and driven by measurable results rather than assumptions
• You like experimenting, measuring outcomes, and continuously improving your work

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a significant advantage:

• B2B marketing
• Developer tools
• Industrial automation
• Embedded systems
• IoT
• Software development
• SaaS products

However, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly are even more important than specific industry experience.
