Tibbo Technology is the ODM partner of ZSA Technology Labs — the company behind the highly acclaimed Voyager, Moonlander, Ergodox EZ, and Navigator products.

As our ODM business grows, we are looking to add a few Altium professionals to the team.

The Role

As our Keyboard Hardware Engineer, you will create the electronics at the heart of ZSA products:

• Design and layout PCBs in Altium Designer — from schematics to production-ready Gerbers
• Collaborate with ZSA's product team on new product designs and revisions
• Work with our in-house SMT production to bring engineering samples to life — and quickly
• Debug, test, and iterate on hardware prototypes
• Contribute to DFM (Design for Manufacturability) to keep our production smooth and quality high

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Solid experience with Altium Designer — from schematic capture to PCB layout to production-ready Gerbers
• Background in hardware/electronics engineering (related degree or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience designing microcontroller-based circuits
• Comfort working with physical prototypes — soldering, bench testing, debugging

A strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with USB HID device design
• BLE knowledge (especially Nordic chips)
• Battery-powered circuit design experience
• Embedded firmware development skills (always handy!)
• Personal interest in mechanical keyboards
