Tibbo > About Us > ODM Hardware Engineer
You may already be typing on a keyboard we built...

Location: New Taipei City (very close to Donghu and Nangang).
Eligibility:
Tibbo Technology is the ODM partner of ZSA Technology Labs — the company behind the highly acclaimed Voyager, Moonlander, Ergodox EZ, and Navigator products.
As our ODM business grows, we are looking to add a few Altium professionals to the team.

As our Keyboard Hardware Engineer, you will create the electronics at the heart of ZSA products:
Required:
A strong plus if you have:
We emphasize employee initiative. No top-down micromanagement — you own your projects and see them through.
We skip the meetings and reports that don't move things forward. Focus on the work that actually matters.
At large companies, you get a slice so thin you barely learn anything. Here you see the whole picture — your expertise compounds quickly.
We have our own SMT production line. Engineering samples get turned around rapidly.
No preset pay bands. If you contribute and grow, we notice and reward it.
A tight-knit group of engineers from Taiwan, Europe, North America, and beyond. We speak English, Chinese, and quite a few other languages.
Your performance and contribution are all that count. Nothing else.
Recently renovated, comfortable working space meters from Taipei City (Donghu and Nangang).

Just back — or still planning your return? You already know what a healthy work culture feels like. You've been in environments where your ideas are heard, where you're trusted to own your work, and where initiative is genuinely rewarded. The thought of stepping into a traditional top-down Taiwanese company can feel like a step back.
Tibbo is built differently. Our culture is far closer to what you'd find at a North American tech company. There is no pointless hierarchy, no waiting for permission to act, no expectation that you'll simply execute instructions from above. You'll be treated as the capable engineer you are — and your voice will actually matter.
This applies to recent graduates, too. If you studied or interned abroad and got a taste of that kind of workplace, you don't have to give it up back home.
Know someone who'd be just right for this role? Send them our way.
It's a genuinely good thing to do — helping someone you care about land a job they'll love. If they get hired, we'll be grateful, and so will they.
ZSA products are critically acclaimed — reviewers, enthusiasts, writers, and developers consistently rank them among the best split ergonomic keyboards ever made.
You could be the engineer behind the next great ZSA product.
