Job Opening: Technical Writer

Location: Taipei, Taiwan (remote work possible)

Eligibility:

• Open to Taiwan nationals and foreigners residing in Taiwan
• Relocation will be considered for exceptional candidates from other countries
• Requires proficiency in English (on the level of native speakers)

Role Summary:

Be responsible for creating our technical copy, including:

• Product pages and other technical pages at tibbo.com
• Official Tibbo documentation hosted at docs.tibbo.com
• Engineering training materials
• Technical portions of our datasheets
• Technical portions of our Monthly Newsletter

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Communication, or English
• Experience in documenting electronic devices or software
• Ability to gain the necessary knowledge from colleagues, design files, and source code

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages, such as JavaScript and Python
• Familiarity with IT and networking
• Understanding of GIT repositories
• At least some command of Chinese (Mandarin)
